Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, building relationships with distributors and customers, and providing leadership to a team of sales staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales staff
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Sell products and services to customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
