BIM Coordinator Role

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in Revit and BIM processes? Do you have experience in architecture, engineering, or construction companies? We're seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the BIM / Revit function for a newly established office and collaborate with global BIM experts across Europe and Latin America. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the strategic implementation of BIM in the Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM Execution Plans (BEPs): Develop and maintain BEPs to ensure standardization and consistency in BIM execution.
  • Standard Alignment: Ensure that BIM and Revit execution align with global technical and quality standards.
  • Communication and Rollout: Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
  • Group Workflows: Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Staff Training: Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.

You will work closely with the Office Head to support recruitment, training, and upskilling of the Revit-capable team, ensuring the highest standards of BIM quality, innovation, and efficiency across projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company. You should also be an Indian qualified professional with minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience and have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines.
