BIM Project Manager Job Opportunity

The BIM project manager role involves overseeing multiple building information modeling projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring they adhere to established BIM standards and methodologies.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting client relationships. Attend client meetings to understand their project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of the organization's BIM services. Leverage extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase advanced BIM capabilities.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight: Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable. Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction. Maintain rigorous control over project timelines, taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.

Must be well versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

Job Location - Chennai (No Hybrid or work from home)
