Senior BIM Modeler Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler to join our organization as a key contributor in leveraging BIM technology. As a global leader, we utilize Building Information Modeling tools to create detailed models of buildings and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and efficient Building Information Models (BIM), working on structural designs, and developing construction drawings. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent collaboration skills, and proficiency in REVIT and related software.

  • Developing detailed Building Information Models (BIM) using REVIT and other software
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution
  • Maintaining quality and precision in all modeling activities
  • Working on structural designs and developing construction drawings
  • Collaborating with MEP specialists to ensure accurate and efficient project execution

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in BIM modeling, structural design, and construction drawings will play a crucial part in our success.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in REVIT and related software
  • Experience in Structural and Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the steel detailing industry is a plus
