Lead BIM Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, quality assurance and control, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, allocating resources, tracking progress, and monitoring revenue.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Deploy resources optimally aligned with project deliverables and profit objectives.
  • Review project leads' updates to ensure accurate project status tracking.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs across all design stages adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Cordinate with international clients and consultants for BIM modeling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  • Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, training team members in their usage.
  • Successfully manage and deliver international projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.
  • Additional expertise in Dynamo, 5D CostX, 4D Fuzor, Civil 3D, or Infraworks will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience applying BIM across all disciplines.
  • Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainable engineering practices.
  • Experience coordinating with international project teams and adhering to global standards.
