Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Airside Business Development Manager to join our team at Trane Technologies.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated professional to drive business growth, develop strong customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our Airside business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the Airside market, increasing sales and revenue through effective business development and relationship building.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop targeted business plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, product offerings, and value-added services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, identifying areas of potential growth and developing tailored solutions to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive results.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in the AHU market, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong foundation in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
What We Offer:

Trane Technologies offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, career development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
