Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer

">About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD Developer to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions using the ServiceNow HRSD module. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Human Resources and hold a ServiceNow Administration certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing complex ServiceNow projects from start to finish.
  • Hands-on experience in HR processes, including HR Case Management, Employee Journey Management, Enterprise Onboarding and Transition.
  • Expertise in Angular-based Client-side and Server-side scripting.
  • Proficiency in Client-side and Server-side scripting, including Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, and Script Includes.
  • Knowledge of Client and Server APIs, such as GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, and GlideRecord.
Requirements:

The selected candidate will work closely with the HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Essential skills include excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical, teamwork, and customer engagement skills are also required.
