ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow implementation specialist to design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working on IT service management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules such as governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), security operations (SECOPS), human resources service delivery (HRSD), customer service management (CSM), and IT business management (ITBM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
  • Work on ITSM and other ServiceNow modules: GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM.
  • Follow best practices in development and support activities.
  • Collaborate with other developers to integrate existing systems with ServiceNow.
  • Create technical design documents and write unit test cases.
  • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process knowledge in solution development.
  • Work independently and within a team, providing guidance when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (support and/or development).
  • Solid understanding of ITSM and other ServiceNow modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM).
  • Proficient in web technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience in creating technical design documents and writing unit test cases.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
