ServiceNow Technical Lead

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will lead a team of developers in providing technical direction, code reviews and mentorship to ensure high-quality solutions.

You will foster a collaborative environment promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement complex ServiceNow solutions using Flow designer, JavaScript, GlideRecord and other relevant APIs and scripting languages.
  • Develop robust integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server and IntegrationHub.
  • Manage platform upgrades and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards and security guidelines.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration and customization of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
  • Develop and optimize GRC workflows, policies, controls and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development including Flow designer, JavaScript, GlideRecord and Service Portal development.
  • Implementation experience with ServiceNow GRC Module and complex integrations.
  • Familiarity with Now Assist and AI/ML capabilities.
