Position: ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Hyderabad | Mode- Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (HR Service Delivery) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in HRSD modules, workflows, and integrations, along with proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.


• Customize HRSD workflows, forms, and portals as per organizational needs.


• Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


• Implement best practices for HRSD solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.


• Develop and maintain integration with third-party HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).


• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues related to HRSD applications.


• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow coding standards and documentation practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.


• Strong experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.


• Hands-on experience in configuring ServiceNow HR workflows, Service Portal, and Employee Service Center.


• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.


• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data migration.


• Familiarity with ITSM/ITOM modules is an added advantage.


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.


• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification is highly preferred.
