We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Transfer Pricing Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing and be qualified as a Certified Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage transfer pricing projects under the guidance of experienced partners and established processes.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Identify international transactions, draft FAR analysis, and conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and draft comprehensive study reports, providing detailed insights into complex tax issues.
  • Possess experience with tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers (TPO/DRP/ITAT), demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Support the tax team during audits by filing forms like 3CEB, 15CA, 15CB, and other related issues, ensuring seamless compliance and minimizing risks.
  • Ensure compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms (Master File, CbCR etc.), adhering to local and global regulations.
  • Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations, staying up-to-date with changing laws and legislation.
  • Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in both India and the UAE, catering to a global clientele.
  • Have hands-on experience with Global transfer Pricing regulations and compliance.
  • Assist in TP planning, structuring, and BEPS-related compliance, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Support client engagements across advisory, documentation, and litigation, delivering high-quality results and exceptional service.
  • Draft intercompany agreements, ensuring clarity and precision in complex contractual arrangements.

Eligibility Criteria and Minimum Requirements:

  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel, with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with and the ability to analyze data from benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • A degree in Commerce or Law is required for Graduates and Semi-qualified CAs, while a CA, CA (Inter), MBA, L.L.B, or M.Com degree with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing is highly desirable.
