Job Title: Production Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management expert to provide production support for revenue recognition and compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and maintain revenue contracts, deferrals, allocations, and adjustments.
  • Support receivables and invoicing, including autoinvoice, receipts, collections, tax, and dunning.
  • Maintain intercompany processes, including invoicing, transfer pricing, netting, and balancing.
  • Provide technical support for SQL, APIs, FBDI/ADFdi, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Revenue Management and AR.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, integrations, APIs, and Oracle Cloud tools.
  • Proven track record in production support and issue resolution.
