Corporate Partnerships Executive Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with government officials, education departments, and district-level authorities. They should be proactive in identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships and adept at crafting tailored proposals to secure funding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with CSR teams and corporate donors to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Develop and implement a database management system to track corporate donors, foundations, and multilateral agencies aligned with government programs.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on partnership progress and outcomes.
  • Travel extensively to represent the organization in meetings with government stakeholders, corporates, and industry bodies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent government liaisoning skills, including interacting with government departments and officials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM applications and ability to learn new software.
  • Background in CSR fundraising or development sector is advantageous.
  • Institutional sales experience, particularly in public-private partnerships, is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent field.
  • BSW/MSW with CSR fundraising and government project exposure is an added advantage.
