Lead Product Strategist

As a senior product leader, you will drive product innovation and business growth through strategic vision and execution. This role involves assessing emerging technologies, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Service Enablement products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Technology Assessment & Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities, including large language models (LLMs), autonomous agents, machine learning workflows, and AI-driven decision-making frameworks to enhance user productivity and streamline business operations.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to ensure product differentiation and inform go-to-market strategies.

Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric thinking within the product organization.

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically, assess market trends, and develop innovative solutions that address complex problems.
