Executive Director of Product Management

We are seeking an Executive Director of Product Management to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to conceptualize and create innovative payment platforms that drive growth and innovation.

This role involves defining the vision and strategy for the product line, conceptualizing and creating platforms and products from scratch, leading and developing a team of product managers, and managing executive stakeholder relationships.

  • Define the vision and strategy for the product line, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Conceptualize and create platforms and products from scratch, including driving build and scale.
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers, fostering an environment of motivation and collaboration.
  • Manage executive stakeholder relationships, regularly communicating updates on the product strategy, progress, and performance.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services and product management.
  • Experience in online payments, including digital wallets and money movement.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build scalable platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically while being comfortable diving into details to ensure successful execution.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing risk and controls.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field of study.
