**Product Visionary Role**

Job Description

We seek a seasoned Product Director to spearhead our product innovation efforts, driving strategic vision and influence across the organization.

As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for leading customer-centric development, inspiring solutions, and shaping the future through your advanced capabilities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers, specifically in the areas of AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer).

Within Consumer & Community Banking, you will leverage your expertise to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that inspires cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions addressing customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, data analytics, and distributed technology
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong leader with the ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with both internal and external partners to develop innovative product solutions
  • Skills in cost-efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation, and analysis

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field

  • Experience with public cloud data storage solutions, generative AI infrastructure, and solutions
  • Strong understanding of technologies including API, Microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, and data technologies
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and build strong, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners
