Job Title: Product Innovation Leader

As a Product Director, you will ignite your passion for product innovation by leading customer-centric development and inspiring solutions. You will shape the future with your strategic vision and influence.

**Job Description**

In this role, you will lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development. You will continuously adapt, develop new products and methodologies, manage risks, and achieve business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Acts as regional leader obsessed with spreading organizational values, collaborating with other local site leaders, coordinate regional changes, and fostering a cohesiveness across geographic locations for product teams.
  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

You should have at least 8 years of experience delivering products, projects, technology applications with experience managing technical platforms and/or data-focused capabilities. A good understanding of technologies including API, Microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, etc. is required. Additionally, you should be a customer-obsessed leader with strong partnership, consulting, and influence skills. Strong written and presentation skills are also essential.
