Product Strategy Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Strategy Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy with founders and the studio team.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing Product Vision: Collaborate with the founding team to establish a clear product vision that aligns with the company's overall goals.
  • Defining Product Requirements: Translate ideas into clear product requirements and MVPs, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  • Leading Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and marketers to deliver products quickly and effectively.
  • Launch and Growth: Launch products/MVPs quickly and continuously learn to get market traction.
  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and product validation to inform product decisions.
  • Prioritization and Roadmapping: Prioritize features and manage the product backlog with a lean approach, ensuring the product roadmap is aligned with business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience as a product manager, with experience in early-stage teams and products. You should be able to write PRDs, BRDs, and user stories, and have experience maintaining a roadmap and managing a backlog.
