Job Title: Baker Innovation Lead

Our ideal candidate will lead our bakery innovation efforts, developing and launching new cake products that meet consumer demands and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop innovative cake recipes and textures using natural ingredients and novel techniques.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and ensure quality, cost efficiency, and food safety standards are met.
  • - Conduct sensory evaluation and product benchmarking to inform product development decisions.
  • - Mentor junior R&D team members in baking science and process technology.
  • - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Bakery Science, Food Technology, or related field.
  • - 8-12 years of experience in bakery R&D with a focus on cakes.
  • - Strong knowledge of ingredients, baking equipment, and industrial cake manufacturing processes.
