Lead Data Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies aligned with business objectives, driving informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical plans, and deploy models, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Drive proactive improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to existing pipelines, tests, and support processes.
  • Create and maintain standards to improve competency quality, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years of DS/Operations Research expertise.
  • Proven track record in optimization methodologies, including use of various optimization libraries (e.g., CPLEX, Gurobi, ortools).
  • Strong Python coding skills, including object-oriented programming concepts, and proficiency in ML libraries and basic SQL knowledge.
  • Familiarity with theory behind machine learning concepts and CRISP-DM project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban) and excellent communication skills.
