We've developed various cornerstone products and services including a savings account, UPI credit card, UPI, UPI ATMs, fixed deposits, borrowing capabilities, and UPI-powered bank branches.

As a Site Reliability & Network Engineer in a compliant-driven organization, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, automating, and monitoring both traditional and cloud network infrastructure. This includes enforcing regulatory frameworks, proactive reliability, and continuous improvement with a strong focus on security and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in network and/or SRE roles with hands-on firewall expertise, including deployment, upgrades, and compliance evidence collection. They should have practical cloud networking experience, demonstrated proficiency with automation tools, and familiarity with microservices environments and their unique network/compliance needs.

You will lead the secure design, installation, and configuration of critical infrastructure at new and existing sites, implement and automate regular network infrastructure audits and compliance checks, manage OS upgrades, routing changes, and ensure change control processes align with compliance requirements.

You will oversee deployment and full lifecycle management of NGFW solutions, secure, segment, and manage network resources across AWS, Azure, and GCP; integrate security best practices and compliance controls. You will respond to security/network incidents, perform traffic/port scans, document findings, and lead post-mortems to reduce risks and maintain audit trails.

Additional responsibilities include managing the entire software development life cycle, from design to deployment, and ensuring that all solutions are secure, scalable, and efficient.
