Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cloud migrations, Windows Server management, Office 365 administration, printer setup, networking, Active Directory management, remote support, and RDP configurations.

This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2019/2022), including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Deliver remote support services to clients in the US market, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  • Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Administer Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems (2019/2022) and Active Directory management.
  • Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting across different network configurations.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Ability to provide effective remote support to clients, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate would be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
