  • Website Growth & Conversion Optimization: Develop high-impact website strategies, UX/UI improvements, and A/B testing to fuel traffic growth.
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics: Implement AI-driven insights, CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce), and ROI tracking to measure and optimize success.
  • Brand & Communications: Amplify the brand voice across social media, PR, and influencer marketing.
  • Leadership & Innovation: Stay ahead of AI-driven marketing trends, mentor a high-impact team, and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: Any graduate/postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, ABM, and automation. Proficient in CRM software and AI-driven analytics tools.
