We are seeking experienced professionals to support the design and deployment of an AI-driven solution for regulatory horizon scanning.

  • Continuously monitor global and regional regulatory bodies for new and updated regulations, consultation papers, and guidance.
  • Build and optimize pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured regulatory publications using machine learning techniques.
  • Automate the classification of regulatory documents to identify topics, obligations, timelines, and impacted regulations.
  • Extract key data requirements from regulatory texts and speeches.
  • Map regulatory changes to reporting frameworks and internal policies.

AI Solution Development

  • Train and fine-tune models to improve regulatory document interpretation and summarization.
  • Develop agents capable of summarizing regulatory updates, highlighting key changes, and recommending next steps.
  • Design automation workflows for regulatory monitoring and stakeholder notifications.
  • Integrate AI agents with data warehouses and regulatory reporting systems.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work with teams to contextualize regulatory changes.
  • Present insights and recommended actions to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 6-10+ years of experience in financial services or regulatory reporting.
  • Prior experience implementing AI-driven regulatory change monitoring solutions.
  • Exposure to automation frameworks to streamline regulatory processes.

Regulatory Domain Expertise

  • Strong understanding of prudential and transaction reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory change management processes.

Ai & Data Skills

  • Hands-on experience with NLP and ML techniques for text classification and summarization.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with data integration tools.
