We are seeking an expert in Artificial Intelligence to join our team as a Senior AI Specialist.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML), automated ML, model registry, and deployment to endpoints or containers.
  • Build event-driven AI workflows using Azure Functions for real-time inference, data processing, and integration with other Azure services.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale AI pipelines using Azure Document Intelligence for extracting structured data from unstructured documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  • +5/+7 years of experience in AI Development.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and hyperparameter tuning using tools like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or PyTorch.
  • Proficient in building and managing machine learning pipelines using Azure ML, MLflow, and CI/CD tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and crafting effective prompts for tasks like summarization, text classification, and document understanding.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, with knowledge of libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and integration with data lakes for AI pipelines.
  • Fluent in English.
