Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive comprehensive coverage of OEMs and contractors, as well as lead greenfield projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 10-12 contractors and 5 consultants across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh.
- Promote boilers, steam accessories, and engineering equipment through sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Define the decision-making hierarchy at the customer level.
Requirements:
- Hold a B.E. (Mechanical) degree or equivalent qualification.
- Have 5-8 years of experience in a relevant industry and profile.
- Exhibit strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
