Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive comprehensive coverage of OEMs and contractors, as well as lead greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 10-12 contractors and 5 consultants across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh.
  • Promote boilers, steam accessories, and engineering equipment through sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Define the decision-making hierarchy at the customer level.

Requirements:

  • Hold a B.E. (Mechanical) degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Have 5-8 years of experience in a relevant industry and profile.
  • Exhibit strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
