Job Title: IT Service Management SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to help our clients maximize the value of their ServiceNow investments. As an IT Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Mandatory Skills:- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs.
- Process Design: Define and design ServiceNow solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
- Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
- Solution Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Documentation: Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
- Training and Support: Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.
- Business Value: Articulate the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrate how ServiceNow can improve business operations.
- 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organizations.
- Experience in design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process.
- Must have experience in design and implementation of the following modules:
- ServiceNow Sales and Order Management
- Order and Quote management
- Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
- Customer Service Management (CSM) module
Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.
Extensive experience in third-party integration, REST, SOAP, Other methods Integration Hub, and Ebonding.
Experienced in collaborating with teams to understand their requirements and pain points, translating them into functional specifications.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase.
Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
Provide ongoing support to end-users addressing their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform/module.
Document processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
