Job Opportunity: Customer Order Service Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services while maintaining high standards of communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Create manual or shop Carestream orders in SAP/C4C, ensuring accurate invoicing parameters.
- Handle customer/stakeholder queries/complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain order integrity, accuracy, and consistency of status information.
- Monitor invoicing and delivery at customer sites.
- Release orders from credit hold in collaboration with the credit team.
- Remove order blocks through close coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with sales operations, supply chain, and warehouse teams for product availability.
- Create financial documents in SAP as per business cases.
- Collect relevant documents to trigger the invoicing process.
- Work closely with field teams to resolve issues outside the scope of responsibilities.
- Manage customer claims on defective products in SAP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in order management, order fulfillment, or related functions.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively across different cultures.
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
