Job Overview

  • Place orders with partners on our web-based order processing system, monitoring status and taking action as needed.
  • Ensure accurate records of activities in internal systems, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A degree qualification is required, with a focus on customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data entry using an alphanumeric keyboard, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
