We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Intern. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment consulting, operations, and support.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Draft and post job descriptions on portals.
- Provide EA support: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
- Update and manage handles.
- Provide general office and administrative support as required.
- Requirements:
- Female graduate (recently passed out; freshers welcome).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with portals preferred (training provided).
- Interest in social media and content.
- Resides in or near Faridabad.
This role offers practical exposure to recruitment consulting and operations, direct experience in client interaction and hiring processes, mentorship with a clear path to a full-time role within 6 months, a professional, friendly, and growth-oriented work culture.
