Lead Software Developer Role

You'll be a senior developer/lead with at least two years of experience as a software developer in C++/VC++, focused on Windows applications, and possessing prior experience in a technical leadership role.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Introducing new technologies and promoting the adoption of advanced tools among development teams.
  • Evaluating and managing both functional and non-functional requirements to ensure they are adequately addressed by the technical solution.
  • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to implement new features and solutions within the product.
  • Designing and developing high-quality enterprise-grade software.

In this position, you will serve as a bridge between the business logic and execution teams. If you have the right balance of technical expertise and leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a software developer in C++/VC++ and Windows applications.
