Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Lead to oversee the successful delivery of multiple software products and projects.

This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning technical execution with business objectives and delivering value to stakeholders.

About the Role

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of software products, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Defining delivery plans, milestones, and allocating resources appropriately.
  • Monitoring progress and proactively identifying and managing risks and issues.

Technical Leadership

The Senior Technical Lead will provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes.

They will collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and robust solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

The Senior Technical Lead will act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

They will communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.

Team Coordination

The Senior Technical Lead will manage cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners.

They will foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture, conducting regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews.

They will define and track team performance metrics.

Process Improvement

The Senior Technical Lead will utilize performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).

They will promote and implement best practices in software development and product delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical leadership or delivery management roles.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Hands-on experience in technologies such as .NET, Python, PHP, Snowflake, and AI-related tools.

Bonus Skills

Prior experience in the Insurance domain is highly preferred. Knowledge of prompt engineering (AI) and DevOps practices is also a plus.
