We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical direction of our projects and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, collaborating with stakeholders, designing scalable systems, and driving technical excellence.

  • Lead and mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
  • Design and architect secure, scalable, and maintainable systems using Agile methodologies.
  • Implement best practices, coding standards, and quality processes to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement in software development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with strong technical expertise.
  • Proven experience with Agile, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), databases, and system architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, distributed teams, and CI/CD is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Scrum Master) preferred.
