**Job Overview**
The role of a Senior Technical Program Manager is to lead the scoping process with architecture, engineering, and senior leaders. This includes participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily Scrum meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead program scoping with architecture, engineering, and senior leaders.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies including the daily Scrum.
- Develop a data warehouse modernization strategy.
- Establish an end-to-end migration approach.
- Partner as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams.
- Communicate schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks across teams and to stakeholders.
- Maintain a quarterly view of defined, prioritized, and scoped work.
- Creatively develop plans to mitigate any issues that affect project deliverables.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies. They should also have a solid understanding of cloud platforms, software development, and infrastructure. Additionally, knowledge of Big Data (Spark, Hadoop) and Cloud GCP is required.
Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools to manage workflows and monitor project progress is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
**Qualifications**
A Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, engineering, or computer science or equivalent experience is required.
