About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in Angular and .NET who can handle a team of 6 -8 members. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure high-quality deliverables, and work closely with clients to meet business requirements. As a Tech Lead, you'll need to balance hands-on development with team management, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and ensuring the team adheres to best practices.

Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee software development cycles to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate tasks, track project progress, and report to stakeholders.

Full-Stack Development: Utilize strong expertise in Angular (front-end) and .NET (back-end) to contribute to hands-on development, debugging, and code reviews.

Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects to design scalable and maintainable applications, ensuring they align with company standards and customer requirements.

Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, best practices, and maintaining coding standards within the team.

Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients, understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and communicate progress and issues effectively.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies within the team.

Team Development: Support team members career development, providing constructive feedback and identifying training and growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Angular (Angular 6 and above).

Extensive experience with .NET Framework/Core and C#.

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

Knowledge of SQL Server and/or other relational databases.

Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD, TDD).

Experience:

7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in Angular and 5+ years experience in.NET technologies.

3+ years of experience in a team lead or similar leadership role.

Proven track record of delivering complex web applications in a collaborative environment.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven client management experience and skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
