Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to lead initiatives and drive business development for our company. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to think critically, and a proven track record of executing successful strategies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building long-term relationships. They will work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Lead Management
    • Respond promptly to inquiries from inbound leads via email, calls, and CRM systems.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and fit with our offerings.
    • Maintain a high level of engagement with potential clients through consistent follow-ups.
  • Client Engagement
    • Present solutions to prospects and conduct product/service demonstrations.
    • Address client concerns and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.
  • Closing Deals
    • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
    • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Account Growth
    • Develop relationships with new clients to convert them into long-term partners.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
    • Generate leads through networking, online research, and cold outreach.
  • Market Research & Strategy
    • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
    • Contribute to business growth strategies and plans.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on client needs.
    • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
Compensation

The salary range for this role is 3.6 LPA to 5.4 LPA.
