Job Opportunity

As a leader in our business operations, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 15+ individuals and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with our business objectives. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to drive process improvements and develop talent within the team.

You will work closely with stakeholders to discuss process-related challenges and opportunities, and lead projects and tasks end-to-end in coordination with onshore teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting and planning resource requirements, managing resources efficiently through peaks and troughs in our business cycle, and ensuring contingency planning is in place for critical resources.

This role involves delivering results that meet or exceed targets, prioritizing and organizing work according to business priorities, developing an in-depth understanding of technical aspects of processes, driving process improvements within the team for improved efficiency, client experience, or better risk controls, and periodically reviewing process risks to ensure adequate controls are in place.

We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate verbally and in writing, possess good interpersonal and analytical skills, and have a good understanding of accounting and insurance principles. The ideal candidate will also have excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to set goals and expectations for the team and conduct regular progress reviews.

The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying performance issues, creating action plans, and coaching team members to improve their performance. They will also be able to manage attrition and absenteeism within the team, and work closely with individuals to help them reach their full potential.

  • Deliver KPIs and metrics in line with prescribed targets
  • Prioritize and organize work according to business priorities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of technical aspects of processes
  • Drive process improvements within the team for improved efficiency, client experience, or better risk controls
  • Periodically review process risks and ensure adequate controls are in place
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss process-related challenges and opportunities
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to effectively resolve escalations
  • Lead projects and tasks end-to-end in coordination with onshore stakeholders
  • Forecast and plan resource requirements
  • Manage resources efficiently through peaks and troughs in our business cycle
  • Ensure contingency planning is in place for critical resources
  • Set goals and expectations for the team and conduct regular progress reviews
  • Work closely with individuals to help them reach their full potential
  • Assess and develop competency levels to ensure team members have the expertise needed to add value to the business
  • Proactively identify performance issues, create action plans, and coach team members to improve their performance
  • Conduct one-on-one and team meetings in line with our operational engagement framework
