Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing costs, and providing real-time analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, cost drivers, and financial performance. They will be able to develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, as well as provide data-driven insights to leadership.

  • Trend Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of business trends, cost drivers, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Create processes for new initiatives and improve existing ones with a focus on governance and cost leakage.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare, manage, and publish business scorecards and management information systems (MIS).
  • Closing MIS: Reconcile MIS and the book of accounts to close monthly MIS.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and work closely with Controllership and Business Finance teams.
  • Dashboards: Ensure weekly dashboards are completed for weekly and monthly reviews.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as needed.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), especially in a start-up, is highly desired.
