Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to handle day-to-day business operations, including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling administrative tasks, preparing management information reports, maintaining databases, and supporting management in operational tasks.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). S/he should also have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills.
The role requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team, with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day business operations including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- Prepare management information reports, maintain databases, and support management in operational tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Manage correspondence through emails/phone and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic financial documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information.
