Operations Manager Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to lead our operations team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing projects with complete ownership, orienting existing projects by closely working with the product team, and handling general operations including daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.

You will also analyze training needs and provide training, collect feedback on a regular basis, and resolve any issues. Additionally, you will monitor team performance to achieve key result areas (KRAs) and mentor and motivate student workforce. Your strong people engagement skills will help build a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience in managing an operations team, proven ability in driving tightly controlled operational metrics, strong process orientation, and business acumen. They should also possess good people management, team building, and program management skills, as well as impeccable verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Take complete ownership of project execution, including profit and loss (P&L) management.
  • Orient Existing Projects: Closely work with the product team to orient existing projects.
  • General Operations: Handle general operations including daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.
  • Training and Development: Analyze training needs and provide training to team members.
  • Feedback and Resolution: Collect feedback on a regular basis and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Team Performance: Monitor team performance to achieve key result areas (KRAs).
  • Mentorship and Motivation: Mentor and motivate student workforce to improve their performance.
