Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Credit Card Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 50 members and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer acquisition. Your primary goal will be to achieve monthly sales targets and expand our customer base through consultative selling of our card products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team of 50 sales professionals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through consultative selling of our card products.
  • Ensure timely execution of all sales activities, leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads.
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
  • Track and report sales performance, including pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions.
  • Cross-sell products like LAS/PL/Insurance/SA/other third-party products.
  • Ensure all performance standards are met, including business targets, controls, and compliance.
  • Engage with channel partners to build relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
