High-Performance Paid Campaign Consultant

Job Description:

As a high-performance paid campaign consultant, you will be responsible for delivering measurable growth for clients using data-driven paid campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopping Campaigns to drive business outcomes.
  • Achieve at least 3X return on ad spend (ROAS) for diverse client verticals by leveraging expertise in audience segmentation, bid management, and creative optimization.
  • Manage full-funnel campaign planning, including lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve conversions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative ad copies, video ads, and performance creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
  • Identify new media buying opportunities and growth channels to expand client reach and revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, and Performance Marketing.
  • Consistent achievement of 3X or higher ROAS history, demonstrating expertise in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Data Studio, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Strong understanding of ad psychology, copywriting, and storytelling principles to craft compelling ad creatives.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, audience funneling, and budget optimization strategies to drive maximum ROI.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, ad platforms, and algorithm changes to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Self-starter attitude with a sharp analytical and data-driven mindset to drive business growth and improvement.

  • Experience with e-commerce performance campaigns and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic buying to expand reach and engagement.
