High Performance Digital Marketing Expert

Job Role:
Seeking a skilled Paid Campaign Specialist who excels in ROAS, media buying, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Develop and execute high-performance Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopping Campaigns strategies.
- Consistently deliver at least 3X ROAS for various client verticals.
- Manage campaign planning, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative optimization.
- Lead A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to boost conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, video ads, and performance creatives.
- Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance using GA4 and Meta Pixel.
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, and Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving 3X or higher ROAS (portfolio available upon request).
- Proficiency in GTM, GA4, Data Studio, and conversion tracking setups.
- Strong understanding of copywriting, storytelling, and ad psychology principles.
- Expertise in A/B testing, audience funneling, and budget optimization strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platforms, and algorithm changes.
- Analytical mindset with a self-starting attitude.
