We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is not just adept at managing substantial advertising budgets but also excels in crafting impactful, data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute effective ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, Taboola, Snapchat etc.) with large budgets.
- Analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Demonstrate creative judgement in developing ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Plan and manage digital media buying, ensuring cost-effective and high-ROI outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in performance marketing and e-commerce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
