We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Domestic Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts in the West Region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth through acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate clients, leading a high-performance sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
- New Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including Health, Life, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of group insurance products
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
