Job Title: Benefits Administrator

Location: Olympus, Thane, Mumbai

Shift: US Night Shift (24x5 Rotational Support)

Experience Required: 4–9 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced candidate with 4–9 years of relevant experience in India benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee benefits processes.

  1. Manage NPS enrollments, advances, and employee reimbursements.
  2. Oversee health and insurance enrollments, claims processing, and renewals.
  3. Administer meals and fuel card programs for employees.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies related to benefits.

The role requires a strong personality with excellent communication skills in English to lead onboarding sessions, conduct monthly employee meetings, and manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Manage NPS enrollments, advances, and employee reimbursements.
    • Oversee health and insurance enrollments, claims processing, and renewals.
    • Administer meals and fuel card programs for employees.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies related to benefits.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and benefits vendors.
    • Handle vendor invoicing and ensure timely payment and issue resolution.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, providing a comprehensive overview of benefits offerings.
    • Lead monthly meetings to address employee queries and provide updates on benefits programs.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow is mandatory.

    • Exceptional command of English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

    • Confident and professional, with the ability to lead meetings and engage employees effectively.
