Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our compensation and benefits initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to independently manage programs and collaborate closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational support across various compensation programs, including annual appraisals, salary revisions, and retention proposals.
  • Conduct market benchmarking exercises to maintain competitive reward structures and analyze findings to contribute to recommendations on compensation adjustments.
  • Proactively analyze compensation programs, payroll data, and benefits to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the creation and publication of C&B dashboards and periodic reports, providing actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
