
Chief Compensation Strategist

Our organization seeks a highly experienced professional to lead our Total Rewards, HR Ops and Performance Management initiatives.
As AVP & Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our business goals. This includes managing our benefits program to ensure competitiveness in the market, designing and implementing long-term and short-term incentive plans, and collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to develop a strategic compensation plan that aligns with our objectives and values.
Additionally, you will ensure regulatory compliance regarding compensation and benefits, provide advice to management on pay decisions, policy development, and job evaluation, and develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with our work culture and organizational objectives.
Other key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, driving HR operations for the organization, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, nurturing a positive working environment by maintaining a keen understanding of the overall morale and promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale, reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics, ESOP computation and implementation, NRC presentation, front-ending any regulatory requirements, market benchmarking, and ensuring the implementation of all HR policies and processes.
The successful applicant should have 12+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Total Rewards, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, knowledge in HR operations, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, exceptional leadership and team management skills, strong project management abilities, proficiency in HR systems and databases, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong project management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
