We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our team as a Compensation Analyst. This role requires a strong understanding of compensation principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support administrative tasks, including updating market reference points (MRPs) and maintaining employee data in MarketPay and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Leverage Visier and Excel to perform recurring and ad-hoc audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the HRIS Team to identify system and process enhancements that improve efficiency, like event derivation and quarterly forms.
  • Partner with HRBPs and HR Operations to create MRPs and process employee changes in SuccessFactors.
  • Submit monthly payments by creating import files for data accuracy and process effectiveness.
  • Adapt to complete cyclical and special projects assigned by Directors, including submitting survey data, building pay models, and synthesizing and analyzing data for annual guidelines and review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, cost optimization, and analytics.
