In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering seamless customer interactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Validating customer enrolment in SAP and providing comprehensive information on company policies and procedures for order placement.
- Managing the entire order cycle from receipt to confirmation, invoicing, and delivery, ensuring timely resolutions to customer queries.
- Acknowledging customer orders within 24 hours and furnishing delivery information within 72 hours, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
- Executing invoicing activities for distributors and customers of the lubricant division, accurately capturing schemes, prices, and cash discounts as per company policy.
- Bridging demand and supply gaps through systematic order processing and coordination, resolving complaints efficiently.
- Regularly reviewing open orders and taking proactive measures to service all orders, upholding exceptional customer satisfaction standards.
